The new PSP
Problem already...........
I bought a brand new PSP yesterday and so me being me, set it up without reading the stuff you get inside it. Switched it on and it was great. except the battery finally dying so i thought fair enough. Charge it overnight and play it again tomorrow. Wake up this morning and everything was fine. Then nothing...... screen had froze, and dont get nothing. The green light comes on briefly for about 10 seconds and thats it. Which i thought was abit odd, seen as it charged overnight. Looked inside the box and started reading the instructions, then i came across this little note telling me that i had to install the latest updates from the demo disc before using it. By me not installing this update, did this cause the PSP to stop working altogether? Is there a way i can reset the system? and by me taking the battery out and leaving it overnight, will it reset itself? Please Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Thank You

This was patched to stop this sort of thing later on, so you like that sort of stuff then think twice about updating.
There are some games that insist on an update but you can dowlonad a patcher to fool the PSP in to thinking its updated and so run the games.
