Username on MSN groups

I've joined an MSN group, but have now decided to change my username... when I log in to the group, it still appears as my old username... why is this??

There's most likely a "cookie" on your hard drive that remembers your old username and automatically logs you on using that. There's probably one for the new one as well, but it looks like the old one is the one being used. If you start up Internet Explorer (like you have already!) and click the "Tools" menu, then click "Internet Options". On the "General" tab, which is the first one, there's a button called "Delete Cookies". Clicking this will mean you will be able to sign in to MSN using your new name and it'll remember this time. It will also mean that you'll have to sign into AB (& eBay & Amazon etc.....) again because it'll no longer remember your username for those sites either.

Thanks... but tried that yesterday... didn't work... thought maybe it needed to update overnight... but nope... still not better today :-(
