snags, I have just taken out a new household policy and too late I have discovered it doesn't cover the phones.
I was just wondering if anyone on here had any personal recommendations

Some High St banks e.g. Lloyds TSB provide mobile phone insurance depending on the type of account you have with them. The insurance companys are not that great though. They often supply the claimant with a similar refurbished phone if they haven't got the exact make or model that the claim is based on.Can't think of the insurance term but the claimant has to pay quite a large part payment of the premium.£100 was quoted for my Iphone and about £30-50 for other phones.

No worries Mrs O. The term that escaped me earlier was the claimant has to pay quite a large EXCESS on the claim
