thank you. I hope yahoo sees this ... there is NO WAY I will ever have anything to do with those advertisers. they are infringing my privacy and they can get phu**ed.
I think they know that many, probably most, people won't click on them- they probably work on the basis that even if only 1% look that's tens of thousands of views. You can just ignore it and it will disappear from the list until a replacement comes in.
Having said all that, I used to get these a month or so ago but I don't seem to get them on yahoo now.
A good reason to download to the e-mail client on your PC and read there. Yes they are intrusive, and I think designed to look like the first e-mail on your list.
There is Not anyway that you can eliminate a written add that appears on the top of your E/mail Inbox. All other adverts can be stopped by downloading and installing Adblock/Adblockplus. However, use of an Adblock will also stop all adverts from Answerbank.
