Hi,
Can anyone tell me where in Microsoft office there is a simple sales invoice? I just need to put name of business at the top, name of customer, work done and price. I have tried google, downloaded one, but full of bugs and adware, it tried to change half of my computer.
Thank you
Annie.

You'll find one using Microsoft Excel.
Select File > New from Template. Select Business Finance from the list in the Workbook Gallery. There should be an Invoice selection to choose from.
Please tell us which version of Microsoft Office you're using. (The pre-installed templates vary greatly between different editions).

My own instinct though would be to design my own blank invoice in Word and then use Save As > Template so that it was readily available whenever I needed in it. (Indeed, that's exactly how my own business invoices are produced).

You should never have any problems (with adware, etc) when downloading Office templates, as long as you get them from Office.com (which is Microsoft's own repository of free resources):

I used to use excel for invoicing.
Just type one out in a Word doc.

Use a table if you want fancy schmancy lines on it

Yes, it is important to download the invoice template from professional sites. Therefore, you can comfortably download different invoices from unique printables. These templates are designed by professionals and you can easily personalize them as per your needs.
