Email Problems

I trying to add a new contact to my email addresses. I use BT Yahoo mail.

But when I put the details in and try to save, I get the following error message ::

"could not increment revision for BLC7JQD3HOSIHYA7AR7Y277DGGE"

Does anyone know what is going wrong here ?

I have tried to put my own email address in and I get the following error message ::

Sorry, an unknown error has occurred. Please try again. If the issue persists, please contact customer care.

I use firefox to access my email, as Chrome has still not sorted out its incompatibility problems with BT Yahoo.

This is driving me MAD !

My BT mail is working using Mail app on an Apple computer.
Are you using Private Browsing on Firefox?

The Firefox pulldown menu might tell you...

I thought they had solved the BT Yahoo problem. It doesn't show on Bt's help page...

Its seems to have cured itself Jomlett !!!!

Must have been a Firefox problem !
