Well how are you doing it? (I have one). have you been in to settings, selected wi-fi and does your plusnet show up as available?
Run you finger down right hand side of screen. A drop down window should appear. Press settings and then Wifi

Start up menu appeared with the choice of wifi's mine was there good reception etc, but I tried to put my password in and it said it was not authentic
Do you see a list of signals from other routers in your area (e.g. from your next door neighbour's router)? If so, and your own connection isn't shown in the list, are you sure that your router isn't configured to 'hide SSID'? (If that's the case, you'll need to go into your router's settings to change it).
The obvious then is are you 100% sure your password is correct?
Question Author
I am not sure if it is but I cannot seem to get back to the original where I can put in a password
Crossed posts!

Are you sure that you're using the correct password? The password for your router is not usually the same as, say, your email password.

If it's not been changed (either by you or by the ISP which sent you the router) the password you require is probably on a label attached to your router. (It will probably be shown as 'Security Key', rather than 'Password').

Yes top of the list is my Plus Net

There is a router password ?
Don't quite understand what you mean by get back to the original. So you've typed something in and it's said not authentic? At the bottom of the hudl screen there is a back arrow and a home icon which should return you to the home page and you can start again. There is of course the usual turn it off and on again.
So do we assume you think you are using the wrong password and you have other options to try?
Question Author
Turned it off and on, will look for the back thingy
By the way I found the lack of instructions in the box concerning but I downloaded the manual

Question Author
I agree about the instructions, but to download it is 80 sheets I see.
Yes but you can read it online.
I have Hudl2 and the wireless key is the password.
It is on the back of router as Buenchico said.
Question Author
I have got it going, just have to fiddle about and see how to use it.
I hope you didn't buy the pen for a fiver, like I did. A pencil with a rubber on the end might work just as well.
Question Author
No I did not Sandy
They must have seen me coming :-(
