Samsung Galaxy Fame Mobile Phone

My problem is that several apps keep restarting automatically. I 've looked the possibility of carrying out a "Force Stop" on them but, as they all seem to have been installed by Samsung I don't want to do this as it may affect the smooth running of the phone. Battery barely lasts a day now and I'm not a big user - basically only use mobile for calls. Any suggestions

Strange, I use a Galaxy note, and I get no problems at all, what apps keep restarting. My battery will last all day and at the end of the day I still usually have about 50% charge left. I would turn off anything you don't use regularly, like Bluetooth and satellite and just turn them on when you need them. I can only imagine that these programs that keep restarting are sapping your battery.
