I was trying to re install the Microsoft office software on my computer and got an error message telling "Error code 30102-11. Is there anyway to go through this and get the software installed?

You may be able to resolve the issue if you go to control panel and turn off the firewall. Go to windows firewall > customize settings >turn off firewall on both private and public networks. Hope this link helps you
