How do i stop iTunes from automatically updating my iPod and is it possible to transfer songs from my iPod to iTunes. If so, how?

you need to go into iTunes preferences and select iPod, then
select manually manage songs and playlists, to upload songs from your iPod to iTunes you need a little program called cenuti, website below, but shhh you did not hear that from me ha ha
