service fine, staff fine, help fine, web site appalling! How has a multibillion dollar company managed to get itself the site from hell? I just signed up for a year but I'm offski asap. Nothing works, it takes you round in circles the online app is always "having problems" For Funks Sake Vodafone you are supposed to me a market leader sort it!

I wish I could agree with you TTT but I haven't found ANY part of it any use. The staff in the Reading shop are so useless I go to Newbury if I need the shop; unfortunately it's closed, temporarily, I hope, for refurbishment. As soon as the credit on my dongle expires I'll be off.
Couldn't agree more. I've bought dongles on Vodafone and putting money on them online is a nightmare. Why make it difficult for customers to pay you money? Don't get it.
You will also soon find out that their network is pretty rubbish too.
