Experts-my wife's laptop has been infiltrated by a site named "offers for you" and is causing chaos.Is it genuine?
How do we remove it safely.Any help gratefully received

We have used system restore to move back to a date prior to the problem.Seems to have worked so far,but,of course it may return.So thanks,we will wait and see.
