You probably have malware.
Download & run malwarebytes as a first go at sorting it.

As has been said, running the free version of Malwarebytes Anti-Malware should fix the problem for you. (NB: When installing it, take great care to deselect the pre-ticked option to take a free trial of the Premium version).

Unfortunately its not worked, and still getting blue words and when cursor goes over, its an advert.

Now try and scan again with Malwarebytes with your pc in safe mode. Have a quick look in your installed programs for any you are unfamiliar with.
