Digital Camcorder

I recently purchsed a AipTek dig camcorder and it came with a CD that installs - ulead Photo - Ulead Explorer 8, i really cannot fathom out how to use this as when a sleection box comes up an i choose digi camera it just leaves me with a icon that i cant open. Any help!!!!! Thanks
