the actual QR for the download screen for Google chrome. I have a browser in chinese and I cannot understant it, i need to download chrome butt I cannot read the instructions so if I just had the actual link then I could download it.

it's a chinese android phone, it is mainly in English but the default browser it comes with is chinese. I can search and find the download page but I cannot read the instructions so I have no idea what I'm doing! So I'm hopint that if I install chrome then I can download goopleplay etc and get going.

the phone is already set to English, it's just the default browser and appstore that display in chinese regardless.

If you've registered the phone with Google, you should be able to go to google play on you computer, find chrome, and click install, and it should download and install automatically to your phone.

Here's the problem. I had to send my phone off so it was factory reset. When I got it back I had the default chinese browser etc. Now my google play account has all my apps but insists they are already installed on the phone when I have nothing on the phone not even google play. The Android device manager (on PC) says "location unavailable" when I search for the phone. All solutions refer to google play on the phone but I do not have it on the phone. I can see my apps on the PC when I log into my google play account, I just cannot get it to send all the stuff to the phone because it thinks it's already there. There seems to be no way of saying "send it all again" - help!

Try - settings - apps

You should see three titles along the top row - Downloaded - Running - All

Tap All. Now you should see Google Play in the list. Tap it and download it.


I had exactly the same thing (not with Google Play) when I reset my tablet. The Play Store was showing that apps were installed but they were not on my tablet. I eventually found them under 'All' and installed them again, without problem

none of that has google play in it.

I downloaded the installer and I traid to install gogleplay but it said that I need google services framework so i ried to install hat but it just its there saying "paused" and google play sit there saying "pending" - it seems determined that I won't get Google anything!

Could you restore it to factory default? Would that help?
