Hotmail Composing Problems?

cant compose a new email with hotmail. I´ve tried twice and after 1 hour, have given up!! All i get that stupid message stating nearly finished!!

I've had the same problem recently (Google Chrome is my browser) with the screen frozen, and unable to open emails or write a new one - that annoying 'nearly finished' message never did finish!. Stayed like that for over a week, but I fiddled about with Account Settings on the Hotmail Inbox page (can't remember quite what I did), and it seems to be okay now.

If you must use a website rather than an e-mail client (and perhaps even if you do use a client) it might be wise to compose the e-mail in a text editor, or even a word processor, and copy & paste it when finished. Then the e-mail has limited time to go wrong, and if it does you still have your missive to copy & paste again.
