Is there any formula (manual or otherwise) that I can use in Excel to calculate the number of cells that have an icon that is a particular colour in ?
I have 3 different coulured icons for people trained, in training and able to train.

No real idea, but does each icon have a different name ? Maybe you can count on finding that.
