Does anyone know what that is?

That's do not disturb symbol. To turn it off go to Settings/ Do Not Disturb.

On my old iPhone i kept turning this off and the wretched thing kept turning itself back on, so it seemed
Damned annoying. If I wanted not to be disturbed by my phone I tended to employ the revolutionary idea of turning off the volume and leaving it somewhere else :-)
