my partner was loading Windows 10 and he has lost our IMAX programme with all work stuff on.

Can anyboday HELP !

Did you back it up before doing the Windows 10 install?

VERY risky doing a new install of Windows without doing a backup first.

I believe you can go back to Windows 7 after you have gone to Windows 10.

Open File Explorer, click 'This PC' then 'C drive' and you should see Windows.old.

Click on that and 'users' and have a search there - it will be quicker than using the search box for IMAX

should have back it up. you may find it in "windows old" on "c" disc

Thanks. Yes he did all that.

We have had to call a computer fixer out and he is in his van outside as we speak sorting it out.
