If those are in the folder
C:\Users\\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\
(where the parts in brackets will be specific to your machine) then they are the files that make up the user profile when you use Firefox. If anwhere else they can be deleted but it you want to do a backup before deleting then you could use MozBackup http:// mozback up.jasn apaka.c om/

Sorry didnt explain properly ... I have been having a good clear out on my laptop - see previous threads - and did a Refresh on Firefox. So now I have a logo (is that the word?) on my desktop which says Old Firefox Data, and this lot is in it ... Bibblebub what specific bits do you want ? Help I'm not technical at all but I can take photos from the screen !!
I've never needed to refresh Firefox and so have never had that folder appear but a quick check online suggests that it is created as a backup, nothing more, and so if Firefox is running as you want then you can delete it. But if in any doubt and Firefox is ok then you won't lose anything by running that backup utility before doing the deletion.
