Unable to receive ITV channels

I have been receiving ITV channels all this while i.e. ITV1, ITV2, ITV3 and ITV news. Today, I tried to rescan/retune my freeview box (digilogic brand) and all my ITV channels are now missing. How I regret I retune? Any advice why I suddenly failed to receive ITV channels. Thank you.
