Is There A Good, Free Adware Cleaner For Iphone 6

Accessing net on my iPhone 6 am plagued with adverts highlighted text. Would an Adware cleaner get rid of these pups?

I`m believe there is a version of adblock for iphones but turn it off for this site.

I would download and run Malwarebytes.

There's a difference between ad blockers which control what you see on a website, and something like malwarebytes, which is used to scan your actual PC for anything malicious or annoying which might have downloaded
However iPhones run the ios operating system which if properly loaded and working is unlikely to allow unauthorised software onto your device. Everything is much more tightly controlled
