Downloading I-Phone Texts

Does anyone know how I can download texts from an I-Phone onto a PC for printing - or indeed in their original format please?

I don’t have an iPhone, Andy, but my daughter has so I’ll double-check if I see her this weekend. However, I’m pretty sure there’s a single button press which allows you to take a screencap that you can then email to yourself.
