ISP Providers

I am presently with a good ISP Provider on a $1 an hour basis, which has suited me up until now. However I can now get unlimited access for $10 a month with another provider. Can I use both providers? or do I have to choose one or the other.

I'm sure there is a limit but windows can handle at least half a dozen separate ISP accounts. I assume you want to use the pay as you go as a backup to the unlimited account? No problem, just set the new account up and make it the default and the old one will stay on your system available for use when you select it.
