Iphone Hiccups

My wife has my previous iPhone, when I send her a text on my new one, it copies it to me and other random msgs pop up copied to other phones? Any ideas please?

The previous phone you gave to your wife should have been signed out of iCloud with your ID and erased all settings. She and you should then have started anew or signed in with Your/her iCloud ID, if she has one.
