Help. Cannot Make Or Recieve Calls On Samsung S4

it was ok yesterday, then last night people were calling me and i answered but could not hear anything, it is not a speaker problem becuse i can hear when someone calls me via, fb, whatsaap,line,viber etc. then when i try to make a call it looks as if its dialling then put through then turns off.

as i say i can recieve calls via internet apps such as line.com and facebook messenger but not on my phone.

maybe i have hit a setting by mistake.

its fixed now, i turned phone on and off and everything back to normal
