Wi Fi Printer Not Conecting

Bought new printer Epson 2510WF cos it says I can print from my iPad.

But it keeps saying it cannot find the network.

What am I doing wrong?

Remember I am blond and from Essex!

Your instruction book will give you manual set up details. Have your router password and details to hand before you start. Errr is it switched on Essex girl LOL.

What happens if you follow them?

You MUST have a wi-fi router.

Plus you must know the broadcast name (SSID) and password for the router. This is the same info you use to connect a tablet or smartphone to your router.

If you have a wps button on your router, try pressing it. See if it helps

Another thing millie does your iPad know the printer is there? Not having one I wonder if it is to be set up on the iPad as well.

There are also some useful Epson videos that describe a number of scenarios of how to setup the wifi printer, including first time use that requires the CD installation disk that came with the printer.

Yay! Thanks for all your suggestions, it was VHGs link that did it. I was putting in the wrong password (was putting in the admin one)
