No, never!

There's plenty of other software (better than WinMX probably) out there like Exeem, Soulseek and BitTorrent. Soulseek is particularly good for music.

All the big companies are doing is forcing the P2P software to become more clever. They'll never kill off P2P nor will they manage to regulate it. They missed the wagon a good 7 years ago....
