I am unable to get FREEVIEW PLAY OR THE ITV HUB on my 55" 4k tv. It says not available, iv done a software update, it's very annoying, has any come across this..please help..thank you

No this is a smart tv, when I bought it last month we could get itv player and all other apps..but now no itv player because it's finished but Evthing else OK. My old tv wasn't a smart tv

According to ITV the ITV hub is currently only available on certain Samsung tvs, not Panasonic.

And Freeview Play doesn't list your model as being supported

which is odd as Panasonic says that it is.

Is your tv connected to the internet?

Yes built in with five. All other apps work

Your tv is definitely capable of receiving Freeview Play.

Can you see any arrows or similar symbols next to programmes on the EPG (programme guide) on your tv?

No, I can get 5 demand, bbci player,

I can get YouTube. .but not catch up or itv hub or freeview player..this tv cost over £1100, it's not on

Bring up the tv guide. Can you see any arrows or symbols in amongst the programmes?
