If you are trying to access Sky Go using the new Windows 10 Edge browser it wont work. Sky Go requires a Microsoft Silverlight browser add-on which is not supported in 'Edge'.
A similar problem appears to also exist with the latest Chrome Browser version, but there is a possible work around as described at: https:/ /suppor t.micro soft.co m/en-us /kb/305 8254
Assuming you are using the Windows 10 Edge browser and that you upgraded from a previous Windows version, then there is an alternative method available to use your previous Windows Internet Explorer browser as follows:-
- On your keyboard press the Windows Icon key plus the "R" key combination together to display a 'Run' box.
- In the 'Run' box type the text "IEXPLORE" and then click 'Ok'
- Internet explorer should startup where you can then try accessing Sky Go.
- If it displays an error, try installing the Silverlight add-on from the following link: https:/ /www.mi crosoft .com/ge tsilver light/G et-Star ted/Ins tall/De fault.a spx
