Just a general comment. I had a problem with upgrading my version of Office 2013 to the 2016 version, which was a free upgrade. On completion, MS Publisher 2016 failed to install and my 2013 version had been uninstalled! Took a look on the Microsoft website and came across an invite to chat to a technician. I agreed to allow her to take control of the laptop via WRA.

It was a really weird experience watching the cursor flying over the screen and opening Control Panel windows and others. She was even chatting to my via text at the same time as demonstrating how to create shortcuts from the apps tiles (I'm using W8.1).

It was amazing that I didn't have to press a single key to put the problem right - she did it all from Redmond or wherever on the other side of the Atlantic Ocean. I was gobsmacked!
