However if you buy through their Amazon store you'll have the backing of Amazon's customer service system (which I've found to be excellent) if things go wrong:

I was looking for a phone case ( for the Moto G -2015 -3rd generation ) on amazon and found one by Igadgitz.
However it is sold as an ' add on ' to orders over £20 because it would be ''cost-prohibitive to dispatch on it's own''
Hence i thought i would go directly to Igadgitz.
Does Ebay ( if i can find it there ) offer the same high customer service system ?

Not really.
Amazon will respond to a complaint about (say) a missing item from a third party seller in the same way as they would to to one about something they'd sold directly. eBay has a 'resolution system', which is meant to work well (and, indeed, often does) but doesn't always solve problems to customers' satisfaction.
