Alcatel T'pop Ring Tone

Is there any way to make the ringtone on my mobile phone go on longer before it goes to voicemail? I seem never to be able to answer it before it turns off.

Unless your voicemail is actually stored on your phone (which I've never come across with any model) it will be your phone service provider (Vodafone, EE, etc) which determines the number of rings before the call is diverted to your mailbox, not your phone. So the phone manual will be of no use at all!

We need to know which provider you're with.

The provider is Virgin.

Thanks all. I went to the Virgin site and got the info. I thought it was to do with the phone and couldn't find anything about it, obviously!
