Printer & Windows 10

Its not often I use my printer, but needed to last evening....no joy at all.

Seems its now incompatible with Windows 10.

An expensive free download if ever there was one.

What is the make and model number of the printer?

Have you checked in windows settings, devices, printers and scanners, and then add printer if it is not listed?

It may just be a matter of updating the driver, very easy to do..
It is wireless?

You just need to download a new driver.

cupotee have you done the check to see if you printer is recognised by your pc? It is hard to advise unless we know that it is not just a settings issue.

cupotee that printer is perfectly suitable to use with a w10 device.

Save the file and then double-click on it to run it and install the driver. Restart your computer and try your printer again.

I'll give your link a try asap Beunchico, I have a really bad cold at the mo and my head feels like cotton wool, can't concentrate.

Ah cupotee get well soon. Do check settings before you download anything. Ask in technology, computers, anytime you feel better and someone can talk you through w10 settings to allow you to do the check.
