Good Afternoon,

I have a Motorola V3,Could someone please advise how I get out of Predicted text, it is doing my head in trying to text.

Many thanks for that but I still cannot get rid of the predicted text any other suggestions
Try again, then switch your phone off and back on?
Seems pretty straightforward to me and I'm not mobile phone savvy.

(Alternative - find a teenager somewhere and just ask them to do it!)
Press Menu key- Entry setup- select Primary setup and choose TAP. This should get rid of predictive text.

Hi,
It seems that the phone I have is the not one I thought it was, The phone is a Motorola RAZR V3i.
My solution should still work.
if Tap is not in in Primary mode it will be in Secondary mode
If you don't have any success with that,you will find instructions here under Text entry page 40.

Hi dannyk13 when I open up the menu I have Games and Apps, Recent Calls, Messages, Web Access, Settings, Browser, Multimedia, Office Tools, Phonebook, Recent Calls No primary setup? I have tried going into setting but I am still lost.

How do I turn off
...turn off predictive text on my motorola razor? go to create a message, then press the - key, go into entry setup then change primary to TAP. this then enables the function you require. Happy Texting ...//
