What should I look for in an SD memory card, and where's a good place to look for bargains?

look on ebay, what exactly would u be useing it for?

Picture storage: 64MB+

Large File Storage (e.g: Large Programs etc) : 128MB+

Small FIle Storage (e.g: Word documents etc): 32MB+

Music Storage: 128MB+

Digital Camera: 128MB+ (Standard Use) 256+ (heavy Use)

There was a report, a few months back, in one of the PC mags which compared different brands. The results showed that there was very little differnce between brands.

Cheap SD cards are very easy to come by: Try Jessops or Tesco but, for a recommended UK online supplier go to http://www.xlshop.com. (Current prices: �6.89 for 64Mb, �13.89 for 256Mb, �21.49 for 512Mb).

Even cheaper (especially for 512Mb) at either 7dayshop (Channel Islands - no VAT) (�17.89) or mymemory.co.uk (may be even cheaper).
