Computer Running Vvv Slow And Files And Pics Are Not Opening Or Deleting.

just what the heading says, im with virgin 70mbs , meant to be fast but lately my laptop google chromebook is vv slow.

in my files there are pics or documents which wont open or delete. tried many times.

solutions please

Might be worth giving Norton Power Eraser a run just to ensure you dont have a virus

yes ive done a speed test .
upload - 2.93 mbs
download - 64 mbs
ping - 103 ms

is this ok ? im on virgin cable . also i dont have norton and if i cleaned my chromebook wouldnt i lose all my files and photos ?

As you've got a chromebook and not a Windows PC aren't all your files and photos and things saved in the cloud and not on the drive?
