keep getting this only on answerbank when logging in everytime

im on firefox mozilla and windows 10 cleared both history and cache no change...just tried microsoft edge same problem...all other web sites fine...any ideas please

For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.Logging on is not such a problem as Firefox remembers the password and logs in automatically. Chrome & Edge required me to log in and claimed to have a null response, but the back button proved it had logged on.
Just returned to retry, and I can't even get my profile up. Like posting an answer it just moans about the server resetting the line or something like that.
I can't see why Kaspersky can't investigate for themselves, but I guess they don't want to register here. It'd be the easiest way to get first hand data though, instead of bothering the customer.

Try this: Settings > Protection> Web Anti-Virus > Advanced Settings > Configure Trusted URL's > Add
From the HELP menu:
This list includes web addresses of websites whose content you trust. Web Anti-Virus does not scan the content of URLs from this list. You can add either a trusted web address or an address mask to the list.
If the Active value is set in the address line in the Status column, Web Anti-Virus does not scan the content of web pages with this web address.
If the Inactive value is set in the address line in the Status column, Web Anti-Virus scans the content of web pages with this web address.
it has worked sort off but if i click on my profile " reset the connection still comes up" wonder if i submit it will come up 2-3 times here goes
