Help Please

I've just bought my daughter a new Lenovo laptop (windows 10). She's just setting it up and the thing says connected to the wifi, but, it won't load any websites. is there anything I can click or do to make the thing work?

Presume you are using the Windows 10 'EDGE' browser to attempt connections to websites?

If you mouse Click the WiFi icon located in the bottom right-hand end of the Task Bar does it show status of 'connected' to your Home Internet Router WiFi address name?

Thanks for replying pinky, I think it's sorted out now. Not too sure though as the ungrateful mare isn't talking to me at the moment.

Mine have come over for mothers day....and all peed off to the pub whilst I'm cooking a Mothers day roast :o(

She's come out of hiding and is finishing dinner now. She seems suitably sorry. Til the next time....

That's not nice Mazie, you should have gone as well and left the dinner to cook itself. We're having Kleftiko so that there's not too much to do, my dad will moan though.
