Photoshop Sliders Jumping Back With Wacom Tablet.

Don't know if this has been asked before but I have just subscribed to CC and I am now having problems with my Wacom tablet. I am using Windows 10. When I try to move a slider, Opacity, Flow etc. the value jumps back to the previous one. This does not happen with my mouse. Also there is a similar problem when using the liquify tool. Any adjustments made jump back to the previous ones and the cursor shakes. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Wacom software but this has not worked. Is there a setting I need to deselect or select. This is very frustrating. Hope someone can help.
