Sky Recorded Programs Deleted

I had several programs recorded and when I tried to access
them and watch one I found that they had all been deleted.

As much as I miss watching the latest Good Wife & it is not
the end of the world I'm wondering why Sky ( or my system)
decided to clear the files.

Any simple suggestions how I can reinstate things?

If you go to planner, there is a "deleted" tab. Are they there?

If you downloaded them from CatchUp Then the do delete after several weeks, but Ive never had recorded programmes deleted.

Go into Deleted programs

You automatically lose all recorded content if you cease to subscribe to Sky. Perhaps Sky thinks that you're longer a customer (e.g.because a direct debit hasn't gone through on time) or you've simply not got your card fully inserted into the box (so that it doesn't see you as a Sky subscriber)?

If your planner is full up programs will be deleted.

It's a vanishingly small thing but, 'programmes'.
Bloody Yanks, they come over here with their.......:-P
