Can I Buy A Sky Hd Multiroom Box And Connect It To My Tv Wirelessly

I have a Sky+ HD box in my living room and wanted to watch Sky on another tv in my bedroom so was thinking of buying a Sky HD Multiroom box of Ebay but do I need cables to run from my Sky+ box to the Multiroom box or can I get a connection wirelessly.

I have one of these, although I did pay less when it was on offer. You can only watch the same channel as the other room if both sets are on at the same time. It is not a problem for me that though as I use mine for tv in the kitchen with my old sky box set up in the spare bedroom.
