MDI10 hasn't been sold by Microsoft for many years. There are a few US-based sellers on eBay though.

However there are plenty of freebies that are just as good. They include the following:

Gimp:

Excellent but very advanced, with a steep learning curve, and possibly too complex for your needs.

Irfanview:

Used at its most basic level Irfanview is simply an excellent image-viewing program but if you 'delve under the bonnet' it's actually got some useful editing tools as well.

A popular freebie from Google (although I know little about it)

Also popular with ABers (but I've not tried it myself)
