Transferring A Phone Video To A Disc.

I have a Sony Xperia L smart phone, how can I transfer a video taken with the phone to my computer, and then to a DVD disc?

Connect the phone to your computer with a USB lead.
Once the computer has recognised the phone, open up the phone icon on your computer and locate the video that you wish to transfer,
Drag it across and drop it on your desktop.
Once you've got the video onto your computer, use a disc burning programme (such as Nero, etc) to burn it to a disc.
