I'm getting 'system busy' notices and 'connection lost' and cannot send emails. Is there a general problem this morning?

Ok today here in N. Wales. But yesterday when the storm was blowing, I was getting internet not connected every 5 minutes for most of the morning.

Thanks, all. have gone through the checking process and everything is supposedly Ok; still no email, though internet otherwise is working. I'll give it a while and then phone them. I seem to remember that there's a number to call that tells you whether there's a local problem, but i can't remember what it is.
