We recently bought a new samsung TV which came with six months free netflix.
However, we have been unable to get netflix to work.
We have googled it, phoned samsung, contacted netflix and even been sent a memory stick which supposedly will help but nothing has. After being on the phone for over an hour and a half being talked through various 'fixes' none of which made any difference, we have just given up.
Very frustrating.
Anyone here had a similar problem and if so, did you solve it?
