International Roaming On Giffgaff..i Want Internet Only. Advice

im in thailand but do not want to use texts or calls, only internet as i have viber,line,whatsaap and fb meesenger ( the way forward )

how do i buy or use just internet on giffgaff ?

Easy to find a Starbucks or somewhere else that offers free wifi if your hotel doesnt. Its always one of the first boxes I tick when booking a hotel. Have a great time.

Data roaming will cost you £5 per mb with Giffgaff so it is VERY expensive.

Roaming doesn't use their goodybags, you need to buy airtime credit.

whatsapp uses wi-fi if you set it to wi-fi only,use a free wi-fi network in a cafe etc

It would be simplest to buy a local SIM to put into your phone. For example, a Happy Tourist SIM costs about £12 and gets you 4Gb of data:
