Canon Sureshot Problem

I've just got this new one, and everything was working OK, but then, suddenly the picture format has gone to square. So I must have inadvertently touched something. I can't find anything related in the instructions, except the pixel options.

Is there an Aspect Ratio setting somewhere? It could be set to 4:3.
