Mobile Won't Accept Calls/texts On Wifi At Home

My Sony mobile suddenly won't accept calls or texts when wifi is on at home. The phone rings but there is no notification so I can't see who's ringing & can't answer it, I just don't receive texts at all. It works fine when wifi is off or I'm away from home. It also works OK in safe mode. I've done a virus check & it says all apps etc. are OK. It started a couple of days ago just after I'd tried to pay my credit card bill from my bank acc. through my phone but put in the wrong password so it wouldn't go through. I sorted this out with my bank so don't know if this is just a coincidence. I've also deleted a few apps but with no luck, I haven't installed any new apps recently. I don't know what to do next - any advice very much appreciated. Thanks.

Have you checked in your Settings? Maybe something has been accidentally switched off/un-enabled.
