Is it possible to send someone a virus to their mobile phone via an SMS text message or any other way except via bluetooth?  Im sure its not, but someone i know believes it is?

some virii do exist, although they are very rare.

I believe most of them infect smartphones; i.e. ones using windows or symbian as the OS. and I think they mostly use bluetooth to infect. (but I may be totally wrong here)
